Program Timeline
Leaders as Coaches embraces a hands-on approach designed to replicate the level of high engagement and commitment to self-improvement that you seek from your teams.
The program runs from July 8, 2026 – August 12, 2026, and includes:
- Six Virtual Live Sessions
- Studies and Learning Experiments
- Individualized Coaching
Participants will have ample opportunities to practice, receive coaching, and collaborate with peers in small breakout groups. Led by leadership coaches, each session blends interactive lectures, demonstrations, and group activities in a fun and uplifting environment committed to equipping you with the practical skills and confidence needed to energize your team.
