The Money Management Institute (MMI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Bossen as Director of Membership Services. Mr. Bossen brings more than two decades of experience in investment management, client relationship management, and strategic business development.
In this new role, he will report directly to President and CEO Craig Pfeiffer, leading efforts to expand MMI’s membership base and deepen member engagement. Ken’s addition comes amid concerted efforts by MMI to meet the needs of its members through its communities, programming and strategic initiatives.
Ken joins MMI following an accomplished career at New York Life Investments, where he served as Director, ETF Portfolio Strategist and Head of ETF Business Development. During his tenure, he drove significant asset growth, developed innovative portfolio solutions, and strengthened client engagement across institutional and retail channels.
Previously, he held senior leadership roles at State Street Global Advisors, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup, where he was instrumental in launching and growing ETF strategies, facilitating collaboration across teams, and delivering impactful results for clients.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from St. John’s University and maintains multiple FINRA certifications, including Series 7, 24, 63, 86, and 87. In his new role, he will work closely with MMI’s senior management team to enhance membership programming, promote thought leadership, and support the financial performance of the organization.
