Every year, the Money Management Institute welcomes a new class of emerging leaders to Leadership Pathway - a professional development program designed to help rising investment advisory leaders build confidence, strengthen their leadership presence, and expand their influence across the industry. This year’s class brings together 67 professionals from 38 firms spanning asset management, wealth management, and solution providers.
The class has already begun its Leadership Pathway experience with a virtual orientation and will come together in person at the 2026 MMI Annual Conference in October.
Over the course of the two-year program, participants will deepen their understanding of their own leadership styles, build meaningful relationships across the industry, and develop the skills and perspective to take on greater responsibility and lead with purpose. Through mentorship, coaching, peer connections, and industry learning, Leadership Pathway helps emerging leaders grow their impact within their organizations and across the industry.
Each participant was nominated by their firm and selected to join a community of peers ready to challenge themselves, learn from one another, and help shape the future.
