Every year, the Money Management Institute welcomes a brand-new class of emerging leaders into its Leadership Pathway program. This year's class is composed of 78 individuals representing 54 different firms from across the industry, including asset management, wealth management, and solution provider firms.
The class has already kicked off with a virtual orientation and will meet in person at the 2025 MMI Annual Conference in October.
Leadership Pathway is a distinguished community and professional development program for selected investment advisory leaders with 5–10 years of industry experience. It promotes networking, collaboration, education, mentorship, and leadership. Members are respected emerging leaders within the industry and are looked upon to display initiative, take an active role in advancing their careers, and help address the important challenges that will shape the industry’s future. Participants were nominated by their firms to apply, and now that they have been accepted, they will engage in the program for 2 years.
