Marketing Data Manager

Position Summary:
Natixis is seeking a highly motivated and diligent individual with experience in web, email, social, and event marketing data to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality, integrity, and security of our marketing department’s data assets. You will collaborate with various teams, including business intelligence, marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that data governance policies and procedures are efficiently implemented and maintained. This is a hybrid position located in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of web, email, social, and event marketing data
  • Develop and implement policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure data quality
  • Analyze business needs and document requirements for marketing data projects and initiatives
  • Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to monitor and manage data across the department
  • Design and execute data quality assessments and audits to identify data anomalies, inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data classification and access controls based on organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Manage the data vendor relationships related to the various applications data sets
  • Assist in the creation and management of marketing data dictionaries 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing data management experience
  • Proven understanding of data governance frameworks
  • Ability to leverage SQL or other languages (python, etc.) to access data
  • Demonstrated leadership and business insight
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
