In this role, the incumbent will provide paralegal assistance and primarily support a team of legal professionals responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of a high volume of registered mutual fund regulatory filings and related documentation.  The incumbent will work under the supervision of one or more attorneys and senior supervisory paralegals.  The incumbent will serve as a member of the paralegal staff and be responsible for mutual fund regulatory filings.  This position may also involve contact with counterparties, outside counsel, service providers, board members, internal business lines and departments, and regulators, to a limited degree.
