The 2026 MMI Leadership Pathway Intensive is being submitted to Investments & Wealth Institute for CE credits for CIMA®, CPWA®, CIMC®, and RMA® certifications. The relevant approval code(s) will be shared with attendees after the event if credits are approved.

Overview

An immersive, multi-day experience delivered in collaboration with Duke Corporate Education (Duke CE), designed to prepare leaders for the future of work. The Leadership Pathway Intensive brings together participants from across the Leadership Pathway community to explore the evolving landscape of leadership in a complex, AI-influenced world.

Through highly engaging sessions, facilitated discussions, experiential learning, and industry insights, participants will strengthen strategic thinking, enhance decision-making, and build the agility needed to lead through change. The program focuses on high-performance leadership, dynamic thinking, and navigating disruption — equipping leaders with practical tools to inspire others and drive organizational impact.

Watch this space for the release of the 2026 MMI Leadership Pathway Intensive agenda. Our planning committee is building out an exciting program focused on the issues that are top-of-mind for emerging leaders and with plenty of dedicated time for small-group, peer-to-peer discussions.

For travel planning purposes, the event will begin with coffee walks and a networking activity the morning of Monday, June 15. The first session will kick off at 12:00 PM. The Intensive will close no later than 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 17.
