NEW YORK, NY, September 8, 2022 – The Money Management Institute’s (MMI) Executive IQ program is honored to have won two gold awards of excellence from the Brandon Hall Group HCM. The recently announced 2022 Excellence Awards going to MMI recognize Best Advance in Leadership Development and Best Association Professional Development Program. In its second year, Executive IQ™ by the Money Management Institute was designed and is delivered in collaboration with the University of Virginia Darden Executive Education & Lifelong Learning, PWC, and Microsoft.
Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts along with Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives. Five criteria were used: whether a program fit the needs, the design and delivery of the program, the adoption of the program, whether measurable benefits were achieved, and whether the leadership development program had an overall positive impact.
“Our award winners demonstrated the vision, agility and innovation needed to excel in the unchartered hybrid work environment,” said Brandon Hall Group Chief Executive Officer, Mike Cooke.
“Executive IQ delivers a unique combination of learning approaches all of which are focused on preparing leaders with a fresh mindset to address the speed, scope, and nature of the unprecedented disruption facing financial services,” said Tim Williams, Director of Education Initiatives for MMI and Program Director for Executive IQ. “We are honored to be recognized in two competitive categories and are grateful to our participants for leaving an indelible mark on the program and, of course, to our partners at Darden, PWC and Microsoft whose collective talents help prepare these executives for tomorrow’s opportunities.”
With a focus on hands-on learning through Darden’s acclaimed case study method, Microsoft and PwC’s real-world insights, and project-based applications, participants have been able to explore different scenarios, learn from diverse perspectives and test new ideas.
Darden Executive Education & Lifelong Learning has valued the partnership with the Money Management Institute and industry partners, PWC and Microsoft. We are thrilled that the Executive IQ program has been recognized by these prestigious awards. By developing the next group of senior leaders for the Asset Management, Wealth Management and FINTECH sectors, we are proud to be contributing to an industry that, through the allocation and management of capital, impacts the prosperity of almost every person in society,” said Ashley Williams, CEO and CLO, UVA Darden Executive Education & Lifelong Learning.
