Honoring Those Making Strides Toward a More Inclusive Future
As part of Opening Doors, we present three awards to an individual, a program, and a firm that are making demonstrable progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion through leadership, innovation, and deep, proactive commitment. Strong nominations are individuals, programs, and firms who create spaces for talent where they didn’t exist before, demonstrate courage by identifying practices that may be detrimental to the industry and innovate to find unexplored strategies for change.
