New research from MMI and Aon in the second report of their 2022 Advisory Solutions: Expectations and Experiences series examines the digital experience through the lens of both the investor and the advisor. Based on surveys conducted in March 2022, 72% of advisors and 58% of clients prefer simpler, more integrated tools rather than additional features and functionality. The report provides action steps for firms to boost digital tool adoption/utilization and deliver content personalized to investors’ interests and communication-style preferences.
