Senior Management Team Appointments Announced
WASHINGTON, D.C., September 16, 2015 – The Money Management Institute (MMI), the national association representing the $4.2 trillion investment advisory solutions (IAS) and wealth management industry, announced today that Hilary Fiorella has joined the organization as a Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Reporting to Craig D. Pfeiffer, MMI’s President and CEO, Ms. Fiorella’s duties include oversight and leadership of various strategic initiatives as well as day-to-day responsibility for operational and administrative activities.
Simultaneously, MMI distinguished two other members of its senior management leadership team with new titles. Arlen Oransky was named Senior Vice President, Chief Membership and Programs Officer, and Joan Lensing was named Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer.
Ms. Fiorella returns to MMI after three years at Fiserv Investment Services, where she most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, Service Delivery. During her previous tenure with MMI from 2008 to 2012, Ms. Fiorella served as Vice President and External Affairs Liaison, responsible for all aspects of the association’s communications strategy to support the investment advisory solutions industry.

In her last position at Fiserv, Ms. Fiorella reorganized client services and customer operations to improve the client experience and operational efficiency for more than 350 clients. From 2012-2013, she served as Vice President, Product Management, Marketing and Professional Services, instituting new processes and disciplines to strengthen product delivery. Prior to joining MMI in 2008, Ms. Fiorella spent 11 years at Fiserv in various marketing and product management leadership positions. She began her professional career in product and program management roles with AT&T. She earned a BA in English from Temple University and is Yellow Belt Certified in Six Sigma Methodology.
