If you join the Forum as a webcast participant, you will receive log in information approximately 24 hours prior to the start of the Forum. If you do NOT receive the email with instructions, please first check your spam folder and then contact MMI at email@example.com.
Webcast participants are responsible for testing their connection prior to the start of the webcast to ensure that the minimum technology requirements to participate in the webcast are met. System requirements will be included with the log in instructions. Webcast participants are also responsible for joining the webcast at the scheduled start time. MMI will not refund a participant’s registration fee due to the participant’s technical difficulties or failure to attend the Forum webcast at the scheduled time. If the webcast service provider experiences technical issues and the webcast is cancelled, webcast participants will be notified via email and a full refund will be provided. If you encounter technical difficulties when testing your connection prior to the start of the webcast, please contact MMI at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Effective Monday, May 23, 2016, there will be a $100 administrative fee assessed for any registrant who transfers his or her in-person registration for the Forum to a webcast registration. No changes will be allowed after 4pm on Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Please notify MMI at
